- We will ship your in-stock order within one business day of its receipt. Plus our cut-off time for same-day shipments is later than most: orders for in-stock items placed by 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time ship that same business day.
- You’ll be able to receive your course materials when you need them. If, for reasons beyond our control, a book is not in stock when you need it, ED MAP will (a) pay to expedite shipping from the publisher to receive the material quickly; (b) pay to expedite shipping to you so you can have it quickly; (c) keep you informed via e-mail regarding the anticipated shipping date for your text; and (d) notify your school regarding the textbook’s availability. If the material is temporarily not available, you can place the back order knowing you’ll get it quickly.
- ED MAP realizes that “time is money” so we ship via UPS or FedEx whenever possible. These shippers permit you to track your shipments and receive them faster than other bookstores’ “standard” shipping. We wouldn’t want to wait 10 days or more for a shipment and know that you wouldn’t either.
- Our prices are competitive. We NEVER tack on surcharges for “hard-to-find” items – no matter how difficult they are to find. And whenever possible, we offer you the option of ordering used versions to help reduce your costs.
- If your school cancels a course you had registered to attend, you will be able to return the unused materials you purchased from ED MAP for a refund.
